Cinnabar Lab is the island’s scientific counterweight to the Mansion, reviving fossils and offering strange trades beside the locked Gym.
The lab makes Cinnabar Island feel like more than a Gym stop. Scientists fill the rooms, trades wait behind side doors, and the fossil machine turns old museum curiosities into living Pokémon.
Bring the Dome Fossil for Kabuto, the Helix Fossil for Omanyte, and Old Amber for Aerodactyl. The lab also has version-dependent trades and a gift TM room, so talk to everyone before you leave.
Return whenever you finally bring fossils from Mt. Moon or Pewter’s museum. Cinnabar’s burned Mansion tells one side of science; the lab shows the useful, weird, hopeful side.
