Route 10 Guide

Route 10 is the split mountain route around Rock Tunnel, with a Pokécenter, water, hidden supplies, and the later path to the Power Plant.

Travel the road

Route 10 is really two ledges of the same story. The northern side catches you after Route 9, gives you the Rock Tunnel Pokémon Center, and points you into Rock Tunnel 1F. The southern side brings you out near Lavender after the dark climb.

What to find

Use the Center before entering the cave. Search the route for hidden Max Ether and Super Potion, fight the trainers on both sides, and remember the water: later, Surf lets you reach Power Plant from this route.

Return with a reason

Return with Surf for the Power Plant and Zapdos, or come back earlier if Rock Tunnel forced you to retreat and you need the Center’s safety.
