Route 18 Guide
Route 18 is the short landing below Cycling Road, with bird trainers, grass, fishing, and the west gate into Fuchsia.
Travel the road
Route 18 catches you at the bottom of Cycling Road and slows the pace before Fuchsia City. After the long downhill, the three Bird Keepers and the small grass patch feel like a neat little finish line.
What to find
Battle the Bird Keepers, check the grass for Doduo, Fearow, and other road encounters, and visit the gate upstairs if the in-game trade here matters for your version. The nearby water gives the route a little extra value once you fish.
Return with a reason
Return when cleaning up Cycling Road, checking the trade, or connecting western Fuchsia to the Celadon side of Kanto.
