The Warden cannot speak clearly when you first meet him, which makes the house feel like a joke with a real reward behind it. The missing Gold Teeth are somewhere in the Safari Zone, and the house is waiting for you to connect the two halves.
What matters here
Find the Gold Teeth in Safari Zone Center's wider area, bring them back, and receive HM04. Use Strength to move boulders in the house and collect the Rare Candy.
Come back with a reason
Return if you picked up the teeth and forgot the reward. Strength matters for Seafoam, Victory Road, and several late-game puzzles, so this little Fuchsia house is more important than it first looks.
