Slowpoke Well B1F
4 wild Pokémon across 3 encounter methods. 4 trainer battles.
Slowpoke Well B1F Guide
Slowpoke Well is Azalea's first big story dungeon, built around the rescue push and Team Rocket's earliest Johto hideout work.
Step inside
Drop into Slowpoke Well after Kurt storms out of Azalea Town. The place is compact, damp, and immediately wrong: Slowpoke are hurt, Rockets are hiding below town, and the quiet village above suddenly has teeth.
What to do inside
Fight four Rocket Grunts, pick up the Super Potion, and watch for Zubat and Slowpoke in the cave. Surf, Strength, Rock Smash, fishing, and the lower floor give the well more to offer later, but the first visit is about rescuing the town's Slowpoke and clearing the path back to Bugsy.
Return with a reason
Return for deeper cleanup, Slowpoke encounters, Rock Smash Pokémon, and the feeling of revisiting the place where Azalea stopped being sleepy and became personal.
