Route 32
16 wild Pokémon across 4 encounter methods. 12 trainer battles.
Route 32 Guide
Route 32 is the long southbound road from Violet, mixing trainers, shoreline grass, the Pokémon Center stop, and the approach to Union Cave.
Travel the route
Route 32 is the first road that feels like a journey in full. It runs south from Violet City past grass, fishermen, campers, a Ruins gate, a Pokémon Center, and the entrance to Union Cave 1F.
What to find
Collect the visible Potion and Great Ball, search for hidden Great Ball and Super Potion, and talk to the generous people who can hand over Miracle Seed, Poison Barb, and TM05. Trainers here include Youngsters, Fishermen, Picnicker Liz, Camper Roland, and Bird Keeper Peter, while the grass can add Mareep, Wooper, Bellsprout, Hoppip, Rattata, and Zubat.
Return with a reason
Return for fishing, phone rematches, the Ruins of Alph side gate, and the reliable mid-route Pokémon Center before you commit to the cave-and-Azalea stretch.
