Route 7
4 wild Pokémon across 1 encounter method.
Route 7 Guide
Route 7 is the short western mouth of Saffron, linking Celadon, an underground path, and one of the central city’s closed gates.
Travel the road
Route 7 is small, but it sits in a very important place. Celadon City is to the west, Saffron’s guarded gate is to the east, and the underground path to Lavender’s side waits nearby.
What to find
Use the grass for midgame catches while you are moving between Celadon and Lavender. The route itself is not a long adventure; its value is in letting you work around Saffron until you can bring a drink from Celadon and open the central gates.
Return with a reason
Return when Saffron opens, when you need a fast Celadon-to-Lavender line, or when you are hunting version-exclusive grass without stepping into a trainer gauntlet.
